📕 What does MVP mean?

An MVP, or Minimum Viable Product, is the simplest version of a product that includes only its core features: enough to solve the main problem for early users and gather feedback. The purpose of an MVP is not to be perfect or complete, but to quickly test whether an idea has potential in the real world. By releasing a lightweight, functional prototype, teams can learn how users interact with the product, validate assumptions, and make informed decisions about what to build next. This approach helps reduce development time and cost while minimizing the risk of building something people don’t want.

🎯 Goals of Candido’s MVP

  1. Validate the core hypothesis: users are willing to seamlessly apply and manage “opportunities” through a centralized web platform.
  2. Collect usage data from 100+ real users to drive the first post‑MVP iteration.
  3. Minimise engineering risk by releasing early, learning fast and avoiding premature optimisation.
